Email Marketing

Email marketing has been a key part of the marketing systems I’ve developed across several brands. Through my work with companies such as REVIV Global, Icy Bear Dental, and Approved Vitamins, I’ve implemented email strategies designed to improve customer engagement, support product launches, and drive ecommerce revenue. My approach focuses on building structured email marketing systems that integrate with ecommerce platforms and wider marketing campaigns, allowing brands to communicate with their audience in a consistent and measurable way. Email Marketing Systems A large part of my email marketing experience has involved building automated systems that support the customer journey. Using platforms such as Klaviyo, I have developed email flows that respond to customer behaviour and help maintain ongoing engagement. Across several roles I have implemented: * Welcome email sequences for new subscribers * Abandoned cart recovery flows to recover lost sales * Post-purchase email campaigns designed to increase repeat purchases * Customer re-engagement campaigns targeting inactive audiences * Segmented email campaigns based on customer behaviour and purchase history These automated systems allow brands to create consistent communication with their audience while also generating measurable revenue. Campaign Development Alongside automated flows, I have also planned and delivered email marketing campaigns that support wider marketing activity, particularly around product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns. While working with REVIV Global and Approved Vitamins, I have contributed to email campaigns designed to: * Promote new product launches * Support seasonal promotions and offers * Deliver educational and marketing content * Maintain regular communication with engaged audiences Campaign planning often involves aligning email marketing with social media campaigns, ecommerce promotions, and wider digital marketing activity. Segmentation & Personalisation One of the most effective aspects of email marketing is the ability to deliver targeted messaging to different audience groups. Using platforms such as Klaviyo, I have built segmented email campaigns based on: * Customer purchase history * Website behaviour * Engagement activity * Product interest categories This level of segmentation allows businesses to deliver more relevant messaging, improving both open rates, engagement, and overall campaign performance. Integration with Ecommerce Email marketing becomes significantly more powerful when integrated with ecommerce platforms. Much of my work has focused on connecting email marketing systems with Shopify ecommerce stores, allowing campaigns and automated flows to respond directly to customer behaviour. Examples include: * Abandoned cart emails triggered by shopping activity * Post-purchase follow-ups linked to order data * Product recommendation campaigns based on purchase history * Customer lifecycle campaigns designed to improve retention This integration transforms email marketing into a data-driven system that supports the entire customer journey.
